DENTAL EXAMS
Offers free dental exams to check for cavities, gum disease, and other oral health problems. Each child's teeth and gums are examined by dentists, identifying any issues that require further treatment. Early detection aids in the prevention of minor problems from becoming severe.

CLEANINGS
​Professional cleanings take out plaque and tartar buildup that regular brushing might miss. Dental hygienists will polish their teeth to conserve smooth and healthy teeth. This helps decrease the chances of cavities and gum disease, supporting long-term oral health.
RESTORATIVE CARE

Some children need more than preventive treatments such as fillings and other restorative care. Dentists provide necessary treatments to children with cavities to prevent decay and restore the tooth. This guarantees that they can eat, talk, and smile comfortably.

ORAL HEALTH EDUCATION
Beyond treatment, education about proper oral hygiene for kids and parents is provided. They offer guidance in brushing, flossing, and making healthy food choices to prevent cavities and gum disease. This education aids in forming positive habits that last a lifetime.

Welcome to ToothBeToldWithTalia! I'm Talia Hus, a high school student who has been passionate about dental care since I was ten. My campaign is dedicated to providing dental care for underprivileged kids, raising awareness about the importance of oral health, and ensuring that every child has access to the dental treatment they deserve through the Give Kids A Smile organization. Join me in making a meaningful difference in the lives of these children and help us spread the message that a healthy smile is a right, not a privilege!
